If we consider work as a succession of stages reflect-act, over here we have been in the “acting” mode for the last three months, immersed in the rebranding of FacileThings and all its effects. Only now, once we have finished the initial changes, we have had the opportunity to raise our heads and “reflect” about what we want to do during the next months.

After a year of work, we are pleased to present the new FacileThings corporate identity and website. The aim of the project was to adapt the entire design to the brand personality and improve the user’s experience from different perspectives.

This weekend we have added a few improvements to the web application, most of them dedicated to enhance the FacileThings email-to-inbox feature.

This weekend we have taken the new mobile application out of Beta and it has become the new official FacileThings app, version 2. Although it is (and always will be) a work in progress, we believe it’s already a much better app than the previous version ¹.

It’s been just over a year when we developed the guide to do the Weekly Review in our GTD app FacileThings. It’s a tool that provides you with the necessary work structure to help you consolidate the habit of reviewing.
