Procrastination is a stubborn hurdle that many face daily. It’s that sneaky habit of putting off important tasks, sometimes until the very last moment. Today, procrastination isn’t just about missing deadlines; it’s a thief of productivity and personal growth in our fast-paced digital world.

You know what it’s like when you walk into a place, be it a store, restaurant, or coffee shop, and “the energy just isn’t right?” You can’t put your finger on it, but it’s all just wrong. You can’t relax, focus on what you are supposed to be doing in there, and can’t wait to get out of there.

Business productivity is defined as the ratio between the production obtained and the resources used to obtain that production. It’s, therefore, an indicator of efficiency. The objective is always to do more with less.

There’s no doubt that the COVID-19 pandemic has been challenging for all businesses and their employees. One of the most prevalent adjustments many have had to make is in respect to remote operations. For those that have previously relied upon office spaces, it can be a bit of a bumpy ride handling unfamiliar practices and a shift in team dynamics. Some teams have had to learn from scratch how to collaborate successfully in a remote setting.

Zombies, the fictional undead that wander in search of nutrition and purpose may not be so far off from reality and may as well be depicting a specie we recognize close to us. If you were to look around and observe the actions of an everyday man during his work routine you will be surprised to recognize zombie-like traits in him. Sleep-deprived, over-caffeinated, stressed and restlessly bobbling from one task to another to get through the day without a sense of purpose or well-being is the general description of your modern-day man. Time to reflect or even simply spare a thought on emotions appears to be a luxury since the pressure of the daily mundane routine seems to over-weigh all notions of self-analysis or self-evaluation. The lack of any genuine feeling and an aimless struggle to acquire unachievable goals that substantiate the idea of achievement and satisfaction makes for a rather hollow life and leads to absence of wellness.
